    • Changes to reservations may be made, by Whatsapp up to 3 hours before the appointment time. After this period we cannot accept changes or cancellations. This is because we work by appointment only, and the therapist comes into the centre especially for the appointment.
    • In the event no shows on the date and time person agreed, we consider the service as performed without the possibility of using their reservation on another day.
